The ultimate cozy treat, crispy, toasty, melty, and totally addictive.
1 bag of Odd Cookie Chocolate Chip cookies
1 bag of marshmallows (regular or mini)
1 bar of your fave chocolate (milk, dark, or semi-sweet)
A small cast iron skillet (or oven-safe baking dish)
Preheat your oven to 425°F (or broil setting if you're keeping a close eye!).
Layer chocolate at the bottom of the skillet — just enough to cover it.
Top with marshmallows, packing them in so it looks like a fluffy marshmallow cloud.
Bake for 5–8 minutes, or until the tops of the marshmallows are beautifully golden and toasty (watch closely so they don’t burn!)
Scoop and dip using Odd Cookie cookies as your spoon / graham cracker. Trust us—it’s magic.
Optional but encouraged: sprinkle a little sea salt on top or swirl in peanut butter before baking for an extra odd touch.
