Refund & Shipping Policy

Orders ship 3-5 business days within Canada within time of purchase. All customers will receive a tracking link upon shipment of their order. Tracking links contain the most updated information available in regards to order status.

We cannot ship to PO boxes. Please provide us with a physical address in order for us to ship your order.

Odd Cookie Snacks food products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged. The discretion of Odd Cookie Snacks will be final in determining whether the product is “defective” or damaged. If products are purchased not directly through Odd Cookie Snacks website, the customer must return directly to that specific retailer. 

Odd Cookie Snacks merchandise, including sweatshirts, sweatpants, bags and hats can be fully refunded within 2 weeks of receiving the order. After two weeks, we will not accept returns. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Please email orders@oddcookiesnacks.com if you wish to return your order. 

Once orders have been processed, we cannot accept cancellations. Processing can happen anywhere between immediately and up to 48 hours after placing an order. Should you wish to cancel your order please send an email to orders@oddcookiesnacks.com to inquire about order status.

Once an item has left our warehouse, customers are encouraged to stay up-to-date with delivery based on their tracking link. Deliveries that are unsuccessful will be taken to the closest depot location for pickup.

It is the responsibility of the customer to retrieve the package at the designated pickup location. Odd Cookie Snacks is not responsible for packages not retrieved, and will not issue refunds or resend products if deemed available by the courier.

For any packages damaged in transit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at orders@oddcookiesnacks.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
