Odd Cookie Chocolate Pudding

Thick, glossy chocolate pudding topped with whipped cream, sprinkles and Cosmic Brownie Odd Cookies. Serve it in a beautiful dish or drink coup for a slightly elevated dessert moment.

30 g cocoa powder

60 g cornflour

120 - 140g sugar

½ tsp vanilla

½ tsp salt

1000 ml Milk (full fat)

120 g Chocolate chips (55–60%)

Whipped cream, sprinkles and Cosmic Brownie Odd Cookies to garnish

  1. Whisk cocoa powder, cornflour, vanilla, sugar, and salt in a saucepan.
  2. Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and glossy.
  4. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips.
  5. Wait 30 seconds, then stir until smooth.
  6. Strain into bowls or molds.
  7. Cover the surface directly with plastic wrap (touching the pudding).
  8. Refrigerate for 4–5 hours or overnight.
