Sweet, salty, crispy, and a little odd – these are not your average marshmallow squares.
2 cups crushed Odd Cookie (Salted Caramel/Original work best)
2 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup crushed kettle or ripple potato chips (for crunch + salt)
3 tbsp butter
1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows (reserve 1 cup for folding in)
Optional: Sea salt for topping, caramel drizzle or chocolate chips, toasted coconut or graham bits for texture
Prep the pan: Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and lightly butter it.
Melt the mix: In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add in all but 1 cup of the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and gooey.
Mix it up: Turn off the heat. Quickly fold in the crushed Odd Cookies, crispy rice cereal, and crushed chips. Stir until everything is well coated.
Add the fluff: Fold in the remaining 1 cup of mini marshmallows for extra gooeyness.
Press and set: Press the mixture into the prepared pan. Don’t squish too hard—just enough to flatten it evenly.
Cool & cut: Let it cool for about 30 minutes. Slice into squares and top with sea salt or a drizzle of caramel if desired.
Serving Vibe: These are best served at room temp with a cold iced coffee or milk. Great for parties, kids, or just a 3pm slump snack.
